This event is a fundraiser to provide financial support for the UNBC Foodbank. Proceeds from ticket sales and drink specials will go directly to supporting students. During the winter months we see firsthand how much our students struggle with food security. Our foodbank operations have been struggling due to fewer volunteers and lower donations. We are in need of support to continue providing this necessary service to our students at the level our students deserve.

This is how you can help: by attending a wonderful party! On November 27th NUGSS and the Thirsty Moose Pub will be hosting our first annual Winter Soiree. This evening will include delicious food, specialty cocktails, and incredible performances from UNBC faculty members.

This event will be ticketed – we are selling tickets by table. For $160 you receive a table that seats 6, 2 free appetizer platters, and 2 pitchers of your choice of on-tap beer (or other on-tap beverages)  

To purchase a table please visit us at the NUGSS Office (6-370, 3rd floor building 6.) We accept cash, debit, and credit. Alternatively, you can book via email at nugss-gm@unbc.ca and pay e-transfer (Please wait for confirmation before sending an e-transfer.)
