Catering

NUGSS offers competitive catering services in the Northern Undergraduate Student Centre (NUSC) and is the exclusive catering provider for this building.

For inquiries and to order catering for your event in the NUSC Building, please complete the NUSC Booking Form and email nugss-gm@unbc.ca.

If you are not a NUGSS-recognized SLO and wish to provide food and/or beverages at your event in the NUSC Building, please get in touch with the NUGSS General Manager at nugss-gm@unbc.ca a minimum of 10 business days in advance of your booking.

Things to know about booking a room!

• NUGSS can only provide table booking service in the UNBC Wintergarden to NUGSS-recognized SLOs. All other tabling requests and booking requests for spaces outside the NUSC Building must go through UNBC Conference and Event Services via this link:  https://www.unbc.ca/conference/internal-university-room-booking-form.

• If you are an SLO booking with UNBC (outside of the NUSC), all food must go through Conference and Events Services.

Our catering menu reflects selected choices from the Thirsty Moose Pub and Degrees Coffee Co. It changes throughout the semesters based on current operations and the seasonal nature of our business. For the current copy of our menu or to book your event, please email Doug at nugss-gm@unbc.ca
