Room Bookings
How Do I Book a Room?
NUGSS is the exclusive catering provider for the NUSC Building.
If you are not a NUGSS recognized SLO and wish to provide food and/or beverages at your event in the NUSC Building, please contact the NUGSS General Manager at nugss-gm@unbc.ca a minimum of 10 business days in advance of your booking.
If you would like to book a room in the NUSC Building or an SLO table in the UNBC Wintergarden, please fill out the NUSC Booking Form and email the completed form to the NUGSS office: nugss-hello@unbc.ca. After you submit the booking form, we will respond with a tentative booking or clear up any conflicts that may arise. (Please note: the booking is not finalized until we receive a confirmation reply, indicating that everything is satisfactory). If you are booking a table in the Wintergarden, reference this map to find a table that best suits your needs.
Things to know about booking a room!
NUGSS is only able to provide table booking service in the UNBC Wintergarden to NUGSS-recognized SLOs. All other tabling requests, and any booking requests for spaces outside of the NUSC Building must go through UNBC Conference and Event Services via this link: https://www.unbc.ca/conference/internal-university-room-booking-form.
If you are hosting a bake sale please review and follow the Bake Sale Policy.
If you are a SLO booking with UNBC (outside of the NUSC) all food must go through Conference and Events Services.

Thirsty Moose Pub (Room Capacity - up to 90 seated)
April Price Boardroom ( Room Capacity - up to 18 seated)
Small Meeting Room ( Room Capacity - up to 10 seated)
Medium Meeting Room ( Room Capacity - up to 12 seated)
NUSC Event Space ( Room Capacity: Banquet Setting - up to 150 seated, Theatre Setting - up to 165 seated, Reception Setting (standing) - maximum 300 people)
