U-Pass Information

All undergraduate students registered in face-to-face classes at the UNBC main campus in Prince George are automatically enrolled in the U-Pass program. This service provides students with bus access throughout their enrolled semester of study. Additionally this pass also provides you with access to the Prince George Aquatic Centre.

Download and fill out the Opt in form Bus Pass Opt In Form (NUGSS - UNBC)  along with submitting a screenshot of your student fees for the current semester. Click here for an example of proof of fees. Then email the screenshot and completed form to nugss-hello@unbc.ca

Students may be able to opt-out of the U-Pass program provided they can provide documented proof of meeting the criteria specified on the form. Please download and complete the  U-Pass Opt out Form - NUGSS 2021 and submit the completed form AND scanned supporting documents to nugss-hello@unbc.ca

 PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to Opt-In or Opt-Out of the U-Pass program is the end of September for the Fall Semester, the end of January for the Winter Semester and the end of May for the May Semester, Spring Intersession and Summer Intersession.

South-Central Campus (Quesnel)

All undergraduate students in face-to-face classes at the Quesnel campus are automatically enrolled in the U-Pass program. If you aren’t automatically enrolled and need a U-Pass for Quesnel fill out the Opt IN Form- NUGSS 2020 - Quesnel Campus and email to nugss-hello@unbc.ca
